to The Central Coast Shakespeare Company!
We
are a nomadic theatre group dedicated to bringing the words of
the bard to life in an easy-to-understand, entertaining fashion.
We also perform classic and modern plays, as well as many new works
by up-and-coming young authors. Occasionally
we will shock you, sometimes move you to tears. Our work can
be thought-provoking, gut-wrenching, knee-slappingly funny,
optimistic, controversial, satirical, innovative and, on occasion,
downright silly. Our cornerstones are originality, entertainment
and experimentation; but more than anything, we like to tell
a good story. The
Central Coast is around an hour North of Sydney,
Australia.
CCSC has been bringing affordable, quality theatre
to all corners of the region since 2002.
